StudyBlue Raises $9 Million of Series A Funding

Madison, Wisconsin – StudyBlue, a mobile and social study platform tailored for the students has raised $9 million of series A funding from Great Oaks Venture Capital and from the WARF (Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation).
The new funding will be used to build strong momentum and be the leader in the mobile education platform. The StudyBlue app is now available in iPhone, iPad and Android phones.
“We are experiencing rapid growth. This financing allows us to further expand our community and platform to help students master their course material faster,” said Becky Splitt, StudyBlue’s CEO.
