Curalate Raises $3 Million of Seed Funding

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Curalate, a marketing tools provider for social media and videos online and also the leading analytics provider for pinterest has raised $3 million in seed funding led by New Enterprise Associates and backed by First Round Capital and MentorTech Ventures.
“Images are becoming the new currency of social media. Online destinations like Pinterest, The Fancy, Tumblr and Instagram demonstrate consumers are fundamentally changing how they are interacting with brands.” said Apu Gupta, CEO and co-founder, Curalate.
As part of the investment deal, atrick Chung, partner, NEA and Josh Kopelman, partner, First Round Capital join the Curalate board of directors.
