Toronto, Canada – Chango, a startup search marketing engine based in toronto, canada has raised $4.25 M Series B Funding led by Rho Canada, a division of Rho Capital Partners and was participated by iNovia Capital, Metamorphic Ventures, Extreme Venture Partners and 24/7 Media co-founder Geoff Judge.
