Stitch Fix Raises $4.75 Million of Series A Funding

San Francisco, California – Stitch Fix, a personal styling platform that delivers curated and personalized ‘Fixes’ of apparel and accessory items for women to try on at home risk-free has raised $4.75 million in series A funding from Baseline Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
“The Stitch Fix team is pioneering a new wave of ecommerce and addressing a multi-billion dollar market opportunity that bridges the gap between the fashion industry and the consumer’s desire to access new and hard to find brands,” says Steve Anderson, Founder of Baseline Ventures. “The company’s early success with women across the country is proof that consumers are ready for truly personalized fashion delivered regularly to their doorstep.”
The new funds will be used in expanding the company’s retail tools, expanding its services and acquiring new clients.
