San Francisco, California – Crowdtilt, a crowdfunding platform allowing groups to pool funds for objectives in a simple, social, and frictionless way online has raised $12 million of series A funding from Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel and other undisclosed angel investors.
The startup is a graduate of last year’s Y Combinator and with the new funding, it has acquisition plans which will help the startup develop a mobile platform.
