The Miranda Project, a one of its kind American university for the elite has received a funding of $25 million from Benchmark Capital making it the biggest investment the Menlo Park-based stage capital firm has invested so far.

The education startup The Miranda Project plans to change the platform of learning by transforming the education system to fits the changing needs of the students in the evolving technology-based world.

The online university is built from online resources and will not suffer from lack of learning materials that current Universities are suffering according to its CEO Ben Nelson and also adds that since the learning is delivered online, it is expected the tuition fee will be half cheaper compared to the top colleges in USA.
