Brightpearl Raises $8 Million of Series B Funding

San Francisco, California – Brightpearl, formerly known as Pearl, a developer of a leading end-to-end web based solution for SMBs and growing multichannel retail businesses has raised $8 million of series B funding co-led by Eden Ventures and Notion Capital, both venture capital firms are existing investors to the company.
“We believe Commerce Acceleration software for small to medium businesses is a multi-billion dollar global opportunity.” said Charles Grimsdale, Eden Ventures co-founder and a director of Brightpearl
Brightpearl will use the new funding for further development of its flasgship products and to boost the sales and marketing team of North American region and UK.
