Happy Cloud Raises $4.25 Million of Series A Funding

New York, New York – Happy Cloud, a online provider of on-demand digital distribution for video games has raised $4.25 million of series A funding led by Avalon Ventures and backed by Jesselson Capital and Shaman Ventures.
“Game quality and capacity continue to reach new heights, and as the gaming industry evolves, the need for a scalable on-demand technology becomes even more relevant.” explained Rich Levandov, managing director, Avalon Ventures.
The new capital will be used for the expansion of the team and for the launching of the services. Happy Cloud will offer pre-installed games in cloud which will allow its customers to play games without installing. There will also be full access to game demos.
