Openet Raises $21 M of Series D Funding

Dublin, Ireland – Openet, a worldwide service provider of the most robust, extensible and innovative Service Optimization Software used in communication and media networks has raised $21 million of series D funding. The new financing was led by the Japan-based giant corporation NS Solutions and backed by Softbank Capital, Balderton Capital, Cross Atlantic Partners and Kreos Capital.
Openet will use the new funding for its distribution channels and its reselling agreement with NS Solutions. Other plans of Openet is on new product development, product management and deployment engineering.
Openet has been making lots of profits for the past years and has gained $120 million of profit in 2011 alone.
