Practice Fusion Raises $34 M of Series C Funding

San Francisco, California – Practice Fusion, a free, web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to physicians has raised $34 million of series C funding from Artis Capital Management and backed by previous investors Felicis Ventures, Band of Angels, Glynn Capital Management, Founders Fund, Morgenthaler Ventures, SV Angels, Ghost Angel, Scott Bannister and other undisclosed angel investors.
Artis Capital Management decision to led the series C funding is to have a big win when the company made an IPO and it is currently now valued around half a billion dollar.
The new funding will be used for new strategies, app development, hiring new employees and seeking potential medical practitioners to join their services.
