Action Engine provides a mobile platform and mobile software. Action Engine considers their solution to be what they call an on device portal. An on device portal is a downloadable client that resides on the wireless phone. These clients are designed and developed to make content, such as music, city guides and video, easier to discover and use.
Their clients are networks and media companies. Their platform has been deployed by companies including MSNBC.com, TiVo, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, SingTel, Optus and Globe Telecom.
The platform they have also includes a mobile advertising application.
