Hopper Raises $12 M of Series B Funding

Montreal, Canada – Hopper, a stealth mode travel startup has raised $12 million of series B funding from OMERS Ventures, Brightspark Ventures and Atlas Venture. The startup has been in stealth mode and on development phase for more than 5 years now.
The second round funding will be used for expansion of the Boston office. Hopper now have a total of $22 million of financing. It was founded by top executives of successful startups like former Expedia engineers Frederic Lalonde which is the company’s CEO and Dena Yahya Enos who previously worked at TripAdvisor.
