Birchbox Raised $10.5 M of Series A Funding

New York, New York – BirchBox, a membership based beauty product service startup has raised $10.5 M of series A funding from Accel Partners with First Round Capital, Harrison Metal, Forerunner Ventures, Lerer Ventures, Stanford University Endowment and were also backed up by angel investors Sam Lessin, Consigliere, Gary Vaynerchuck, Dave Morin, and Andy Dunn.
The new funding will be used for adding new product lineups and for additional employees. The company will also be using the funding in venturing to new industries.
