NoWait Apps Raised $2 M of Series A Funding

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – NoWait, an iOS applications which provides reservation services to restaurants and its patrons via text notifications has raised series A funding from Birchmere Ventures and Sand Hill Angels and also backed by existing investors.
NoWait has huge competitors in the restaurant buzzer apps like NoshList, LiveBookings and BuzzTable but NoWait has popular restaurants on their lists including Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin and TGI Friday’s. The new funding will be used to expand its market reach and the company also announced that it is making deals with over 4 million restaurants in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
