RainStor Raises $12 M of Series C Funding

San Francisco, California – the developer of NEW SQP and enterprise solutions provider for big data management has raised $12 million of series C funding led by Credit Suisse and backed by Roger Venture partners, Doughty Hanson Technology Ventures, Storm Ventures and the The Dow Chemical Company.
The new funding will be used to expand the company engineering team as well as its sales and marketing team. The company now has a total of $23.5 million of funds.
