BlackArrow is a provider of multiplatform ad-management systems for viewer-controlled video.

BlackArrow inserts advertisements into video. They have a dynamic advertising platform that works across broadband, video-on-demand and digital video recorders.

Their system manages, delivers and measures targeted advertising for video, enabling content providers, advertising agencies and distributors to reach consumers who are increasingly controlling where, when and how they watch video content.

The key here is that the advertising needs to follow the user. Users are able to quickly change what they watch, when they watch, and where they watch. To find the right person at the right time an advertising solution needs to adapt and react quickly. BlackArrow seems to be heading in this direction.
