CapLinked Raises $1.6 M of Series A Funding

Manhattan Beach, California – CapLinked, a start-up providing deal management businesses a secured cloud-based tools to manage transactions has raised $1.6 million of series A funding from FF Angels LLC (managed by the Founder’s Fund), Siemer Ventures, 500 Start-ups and angel investors Peter Thiel and Alexsis de Raadt-St.James of The Althea Foundation.
“For years now, companies have been forced to choose between cumbersome, expensive Virtual Data Rooms and decentralized, unsecure email to manage their complex transactions,” Jackson said in the funding press release. “CapLinked is changing this with our intuitive and easy-to-use platform.”
To date, CapLinked has handled more than $20 billion of total business transactions from the companies using its business tools.
