Yammer Raises Another $25M For It’s Enterprise Social Networking

San Francisco – California, Yammer, an enterprise social network, providing a secure way for employees to communicate, collaborate, and share information has added a Series C funding of $25 Million. The new funding came from U.S. Venture Partners, Emergence Capital, Charles River Ventures and Founders Fund. With the new funding, Yammer raises a total of $40 million funding.
Yammer will use the funding to triple the size of its engineering team and significantly grow its sales organization.
