San Francisco, California – Udemy, a start-up providing online learning materials and courses with top instructors in the world has raised $12 M of series B funding from Insight Venture Partners, Lightbank Venture Capital, MHS Capital and Learn Capital Venture Partners.

The new funding will be used for the partnership with universities to offer leadership development solutions and B2B solutions like employee training and the likes. The company now has a total funding of $16 million.
