San Francisco, California – Spreecast, a social video platform that lets people broadcast together, creating shared experiences that inform and entertain has raised $4 M of seed funding from founders of top firms and venture capital company such as the former CEO of VIAcom Frank Biondi, Gordon Crawford of The Capital Research Group and Edward Scott Jr of BEA systems.

The new funding will utilized for the additional IT engineers and other workforce for the improvement of the platforms and expanding its community of users.
