AppNexus Raises $75 Million of Series D Funding

New York, New York – AppNexus, the most advanced platform for buying real-time online advertising has raised $75 million of series D funding amounting to $75 million. The investment was led by Technology Crossover Ventures and backed by Venrock Associates and Tribeca Venture Partners.
AppNexus now has a total funding of $140.5 million. The company’s list of investors includes high profile angel investors like arc Andreessen, Ben Horowitz, Ron Conway and top VC firms like Microsoft, Kodiak Venture Partners, First Round Capital and Khosla Ventures.
The new funding was not a surprise for AppNexus showed strong revenue in 2012. The company now have more than 400 employees and nine offices globally.
