He founded and was Managing Partner of E-Quest Partners. Mr. Zubillaga founded and served as the Chairman of Net Uno from 1995 to 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He founded Veninfotel, L.L.C., and has been its Chairman since 1995. He serves as a Non Executive Director of Mendeley Limited.
