Schulich graduated from McGill University with a B.Sc. in 1961 and an MBA in 1965. He earned a Chartered Financial Analyst degree through the University of Virginia in 1969.
He is married to Tanna and they live in Willowdale, Ontario. They have 2 daughters, Deborah and Judith and one son Fraser Thomson,and is grandfather to Jade, Solomon, Noah and Ezra.[1]
In his spare time, he likes to go hiking and play tennis. He is also an avid poker player.
