The Financial Partners team seeks to finance management teams who can take advantage of their relationships and CCA’s, and their capital management experience and CCA’s, to provide a catalyst to accelerate the creation of durable value in their companies.

Led by Manu Rana and Steve Piaker, the team has been investing for over 15 years in public and private securities of financial services businesses. The strategies have the flexibility to provide primary and secondary financing across a company’s capital structure; and can invest in a single financing or across the term of the investment, in securities including equity, debt or hybrid capital.
