First 30 Days Received $5 Million for their Self Help Site

First 30 Days raised $5 Million from Hearst Interactive Media and other angel investors.

What does First 30 Days do?

The Point is an online community that helps individuals organize efficient group action.

VCU says:

First 30 Days is a site and service focused on assisting individuals with change. The articles and advice are organized by what particular “change” a person is going through such as adoption. Not only are there original articles but also a collection of interviews with experts including Steve Wozniak, George Foreman, Barbara Corcoran and David Bach.

The founder has also authored a book take a look at First 30 Days.
