RingCentral Received $12 Million for Internet Hosted PBX

RingCentral raised $12 Million in a Series B round from DAG, Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures.

What does RingCentral do?

RingCentral provides an internet hosted PBX.

VCU says:

RingCentral provides internet hosted PBX services to small businesses. They also provide integrated voice/web applications. The service is provided as a subscription service without a contract and they claim instant activation.
