Fixya Received $6 Million for Free Online Tech Support

Fixya received $6 Million in Series B funding from Mayfield Fund and Pitango Venture Capital.

What does Fixya do?

Fixya provides free online tech support provided by the Fixya community members.

VCU says:

Fixya provides a community creating free tech support and technical help for gadgets, electronic equipment and consumer products. They have technical experts which can advise on fixing problems either by chat or message posting.

Currently Fixya stores manuals and troubleshooting guides for over half a million products.
