Ustream is an internet broadcasting platform. Their technology is an easy-to-use web-based interface which allows anyone with a camera to broadcast live to the world. The streams are broadcasted in real time.

They also offer other integrated features such as chat rooms, co-hosts and what they call a shout meter.

Ustream launched in March 2007 and since has grown to 260,000 registered users broadcasting 8,000 – 10,000 live shows a day.
