Competitious Receives Initial Funding from Angel Investors

An undisclosed amount was raised by Competitious from Angel investors, one of which is Paul Colton, CEO and founder of Aptana. Others may have invested but we could not find any other information.

What does Competitious do?

Competitious is a web-based service that provides your company with the ability to collaboratively share and manage competitive knowledge.

VCU says:

With Competitious you can track competitors, by pulling in Alexa data, blogs and RSS feeds, and other information sources alongside documents and notes.

Competitious is currently in beta and they are promising a more robust system. Currently you can identify and organize intelligence about your company, competition, and industry.

This is a web-based service with collaborative news-sharing. Everyone in your organization can access the information, build upon it, and use it corporate wide.
