Power Challenge Raises $8 Million for Online Multiplayer Sports Games
May 18, 2007

Power Challenge, a Swedish company, received $8 Million from Benchmark Capital for online multiplayer games.

What does Power Challenge do?

Power Challenge owns and operates two online multiplayer sports sites, Power Challenge and ManagerZone.

VCU says:

They have two online game sites, you can play single player soccer or multiplayer at Power Challenge. Their second site, ManagerZone is amazing, 3D multiplayer games. What is most interesting is that it is a community where thousands of users can set up leagues and challenge your friends, other teams, play for cups etc.

Players from all over the world can play for free. The three dimensional games look amazing and are full screen.

As they are worldwide the investment will probably be used to add additional games and based on their growth rate increase their infrastructure.

Take a look at Power Challenge, and ManagerZone.
