What does Loyalty Labs do?

Loyalty Lab provides a customer management solution for consumer brands.

Loyalty Lab is a customer relationship management solution for consumer brands such as Red Envelope, 1-800 Flowers, Brookstone, and more.

Their solution is on-demand and updated as many as 8 times a year, I venture to guess they approve of Agile development.

Their product assists in maximizing your customer value by providing analytics from your communications programs. The solution ranges from email to loyalty program management to integration to reporting. They integrate your marketing and campaign management.

They stated that they have added 50 new clients in three years. On their site is a 5 minute video to explain their services as well as an archive of fascinating marketing videos.
