The FeedRoom raised $12 Million in funding from NewSpring Capital, BEV Capital and Velocity Equity Partners. From what we found online, it appears this brings their total to $61 Million.

What does The Feed Room do?

The FeedRoom provides a complete solution for creating, controlling and distributing web video.

The FeedRoom appears to be focusing their video solutions on the enterprise market. As they define their audience as Corporations, Media Companies, Government Agencies, NGO’s, Not for Profit, Trade Associations, Political Organizations and Campaigns, Unions and Lobbying Groups.

They state their video solution enables you to easily create, control and distribute Web Video. They also provide services ranging from video production and site integration, to encoding, content management, streaming and detailed reporting.

They also noted a client list including Wal-Mart, General Motors, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, ESPN, NY Times, Conde Nast, USA Today, Business Week, the US State Department and The Pentagon.
