IGA Worldwide Raises $25 Million for In-Game Advertising
July 13, 2007

IGA Worldwide received $25 million from GE/NBC Universal’s Peacock Equity, KTB Ventures, Easton Capital, Morgenthaler Ventures, Intel Capital and DN Capital.

What does IGA Worldwide do?

IGA Worldwide provides in-game advertising.

VCU says:

IGA is an advertising network for placing advertisements in games. Advertisers can target millions of consumers across a wide range of platforms and genres while they play.

IGA states that they are already serving hundreds of millions of impressions per week to over 10 million highly engaged gamers across a wide variety of platforms and genres.

Obviously gaming is a big market and providing advertisements in-game may be an extremely large opportunity as well.

Take a look at IGA Worldwide.
