Foldera Receives $1 Million to Help You Get Organized
August 10, 2007

Foldera received $1 Million from Vision Opportunity Master Fund, Ltd. as they purchased their stock since they are publicly traded.

What does Foldera do?

Foldera attempts to assist you in organizing your daily work.

VCU says:

Foldera is a free filing system of web-based folders that automatically organizes your work. Foldera works whether you work alone or in a work group environment.

When you use Foldera to organize and share your information, your work is organized automatically, in real time. There is no sorting, filing, and organizing for you to do after you have created new information.

See the Foldera website.
