FiveRuns Received $6.2 Million for Monitoring Rails Applications
October 29, 2007What does FiveRuns do?

FiveRuns provides simple and affordable products for monitoring Rails applications and their supporting infrastructure.

VCU says:

The general consensus among those using rails is that you can develop applications more quickly.

FiveRuns has tools to assist with determining how they will perform in the real-world. Their tools allow insight as to what is going on inside the application affecting performance and scalability, as well as how other applications may effect the rails application.

When there is a problem the FiveRuns products help you quickly and easily troubleshoot the problem and fix it, whether it is in the application, the operating system, the database, or the webserver. FiveRuns claims they have an intuitive user experience, which I have no reason to disbelieve.
