mDialog Received $3.15 Million for their Filmmaker Video Network
October 31, 2007What does mDialog do?

mDialog is a video network aimed at filmmakers using a high resolution encoding for the videos.

VCU says:

I read online about mDialog receiving funding, however could not find it mentioned on their site. As there are many video networks this one focuses on the filmmakers.

The idea is that your uploaded video is not encoded into flash as most of the video networks do. Flash is an easy to view and display format however the resolution is much less than the original.

mDialog provides you with their mLoader using the mp4 h.264 high resolution video encoding. I read there were payment terms or some sort of revenue share for videos however I could not find any additional information on their website.
