What does Passenger do?
Passenger provides social media, community building and collaboration technologies to enable companies to collaborate with customers within private online communities.

Passenger believes that companies can learn a lot from their customers. However a barrier to learning from customers can be the resources needed to learn from customers.
Passenger uses some of the tools created within social networks and uses these technologies to empower companies. Companies can now take advantage of social media, community building and collaboration technologies to correspond more effectively and efficiently.
