MixerCast Raised $4.25 Million for Remixing Content Legally

MixerCast received $4.25 million in Series B funding from Intel Capital and ComVentures.
What does MixerCast do?
MixerCast allows users to mix their media with legal, professionally created content to make their own channels, movies, music videos, photo galleries, killer ads or personal RSS feeds.
VCU says:
Mixercast is creating an environment for everyone to enjoy, create, publish and network your media everywhere.
The content you can mix your own content with has the appropriate licensing obtained by MixerCast to assure your mixes are legal. They have agreements with the appropriate rights holders.
Any of the mixes you create can be embedded on Myspace, a blog page or anywhere on the Web.
